The Beginning

This officially marks the beginning to my weight loss journey. I am so tired of eating constantly and then telling myself to lose weight afterwards. I want to eat in order to enjoy eating and to lose some weight in order to become healthier. So I have decided to finally take initiative...

My plans for the rest of the summer until August 19, 2015:

1. Log all the foods that I eat everyday on this blog to keep myself accountable for everything that I put in my mouth. I realized that I honestly don't like to use MyFitnessPals. The types of food that you can log on that app are so limited!!! And even though it provides you with a good calorie estimator, I just don't think it's enough. I believe by writing all the foods down, I will hold myself to WHAT I eat daily.

2. My DAILY exercise regime. It honestly doesn't matter if it's hitting up the gym, going to yoga, or going on a nice little hike. Everything needs to be accounted for.

3. I will also try to post some motivational articles and pictures in order for me to meet my goals.

Since I am without a scale this summer, I don't think it will be possible for me to weight myself daily or even weekly. I know there is a scale in the Bikram yoga place where I practice so I will give a weight update whenever possible.

MY GOALS: 140 --> 115 lbs.
